Pritchard Toronto: Two Day Tour

June 1, 2011  -  June 3, 2011

Greetings everyone! This is Josh, the tour director for your 2011 trip to Toronto, ON! Today was our first day in the wonderful city of Toronto and we started it off with a driving tour of the city. We drove along what was once the longest street in the world (and still is to some), cut through the financial district at Bay street, and learned about the discoveries on University Avenue. After the driving was done we ventured into the sSt. Lawrence market for a bite to eat, where we bought raw fish and steaks but had nowhere to cook them. Not! Good thing they have cooked food too! We left the Market and set out for our hotel, and after a brief stop there made our way back downtown to Queen's Park, meeting your old principal and current MP while we were there. The evening led us to dinner at the harbourfront, a long ride up Canada's highest tower, and a night at the ol' ball game, where the Jays unfortunately lost. The day was definitely a win though! See you tomorrow.
