Day 1: June 12, 2023
Welcome to New Orleans! After our flight, our first order of business was lunch! We got to experience the French Market, one of the oldest marketplaces in the country. Next we had a walking tour of New Orleans.
We got to see the French Quarter, Jackson Square, and the beautiful St. Louis Cathedral. For dinner we had our options of some delicious New Orleans fare! What a great first day!

Hello! My name is Rebecca and I'll be the tour director for your trip to New Orleans! I'm so excited to show you this wonderful city!
I will meet you at the airport when you arrive in New Orleans and will be with you for the entire trip. I'll make sure we get to all of our appointments on time, and give you some information about what we're seeing. We'll learn a few things and have a lot of fun too!
For our time together, we'll keep the schedule we have regardless of the weather, so please do keep that in mind while packing. We may be outside in the rain and/or heat, so make sure to have cooler clothing and rain gear or an umbrella (pro tip, extra socks in your bus bag can be a lifesaver!). Also, we may encounter places that are still requiring masks, so please bring enough masks so that you're comfortable for the entire trip.
