Students visit Albert Gilles Copper Art Museum and discover the mysterious atmosphere of a copper mine. See the copper bearing rocks and then admire the fine artifacts collected around the world. Later, students participate in a hands-on demonstration on the art of Repoussé.

Students enjoy a hearty authentic Québecois meal complete with traditional music and entertainment. After dinner there is a presentation on the production of maple syrup including a taffy pull.

The site of many clashes for supremacy between the French and British Empires, the Plains of Abraham is the scene of the 1759 Conquest, which changed the fate of North America. Generals Wolfe and Montcalm are ready to inspect the troops! Join their ranks and discover the living conditions of the soldiers who fought on the Plains of Abraham through 1760. You’ll learn about battle strategy, how to load rifles and canons, and treat wounded fellows fallen on the battlefield.
